Union Public Service Commission(UPSC) द्वारा होने वाले ESE 2023 भर्ती के अंतर्गत UPSC में ESE के कुल 247 पदों पर भर्ती का जारी नोटिफिकेशन के मुताबिक युपीएससी(UPSC) इंजीनियरिंग सर्विसेज एग्जाम 2023 के पद पर आवेदन करने वाले उम्मीदवारों को ऑफिसियल वेबसाइट के माद्यम से आवदेन करना होगा। जिसकी तिथि जारी कर दी गयी है । आवेदन की अंतिम तिथि नोटिफिकेशन जारी होने के भीतर इस भर्ती के लिए आवेदन Online मोड के माद्यम से करना होगा। UPSC ESE Bharti 2023 कुल 247 पदों पर आयजित करवाई जायेगी।

- Candidates should have pass in B.E/B. Tech from a Recognised University incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other Educational Institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as Universities under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956; or
- Should have cleared Sections A and B of the Institution Examinations of the Institution of Engineers (India); or
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering from such foreign University/College/Institution and under such conditions as may be recognized by the Government for the purpose from time to time, or
- Qualified in Graduate Membership Examination of the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (India) or
- Qualified in Associate Membership Examination Parts II and III/Sections A and B of the Aeronautical Society of India; or
- Passed Graduate Membership Examination of the Institution of Electronics and Radio Engineers, London held after November, 1959.
