The candidate must have done Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from an AICTE recognized Institute.

Jr. Engineer (Elect.)
The candidate must have done Diploma in Electrical Engineering from an AICTE recognized Institute.
3.
Jr. Engineer (Civil)
The candidate must have done Diploma in Civil Engineering from an AICTE recognized Institute.
4.
Jr. Nurse
The candidate must have done 10+2 (Science) with a Diploma in Nursing from an institute recognized by the H&FW Department, Government of Odisha & approved by Odisha Nursing Council/ Indian Nursing Council.
5.
Jr. Pharmacist
The candidate must have done 10+2 (Science) with a Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized University/ Institute & approved by the Indian Pharmacy Council.
6.
Electrician-III
The candidate must have done 10th Pass with ITI in Electrician, lineman/ wireman Trade from recognized institute with valid workman permits “A” certificate issued by the Competent Authority, OR 10th Pass with ITI in Electrician, lineman/ wireman Trade from recognized institute with minimum Lineman- MV (with Learner Permit for Workman- HT) issued by Electrical Licensing Board, Odisha (ELBO).
