राजस्थान मुख्यमंत्री चिरंजीवी स्वास्थ्य बीमा योजना 2023 की शरुआत 1 April से कर चुके हैं । आप सभी जानते है की कोरोना एक बार फिर से कहर बरसा रहा है । इसलिए राजस्थान सरकार ने चिरंजीवी स्वास्थ्य बीमा योजना निकली है।
इस योजना के आवेदन के लिए राजस्थान सरकार द्वारा इसकी अंतिम तिथि अब और आगे 31 मई तक बढ़ा दी गयी है। जो लोग इस योजना के लिए रजिस्ट्रेशन अप्रैल माह में करवा लिया उनको बीमा योजना का लाभ 1 मई से शुरू होगा। इस योजना में लोगो को निजी अस्पतालों में प्रति वर्ष 5 लाख रुपये तक का न्यूनतम वार्षिक प्रीमियम 850 रु कैशलेस उपचार दिया जाएगा।
जो लोग ऑनलाइन रजिस्ट्रेशन करवाना चाहते है वो ऑफिसियल वेबसाइट से नोटिफिकेशन डाउनलोड करे और उसके दी गयी eligibility और criteria के बारे में पढ़े ।
इस योजना का लाभ उठाने के लिए राजस्थान का मूल निवासी होना आवयसक है तथा उसके पास जन आधार कार्ड या भामाशाह कार्ड का होना भी अनिवार्य है।

How To Apply Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Chiranjeevi Swasthya Bima Yojana 2023
- सबसे पहले Mukhyamantri Chiranjeevi Swasthya Bima Yojana पर रजिस्ट्रेशन करवाने के लिए ऑफिसियल वेबसाइट को Visit करे – health.rajasthan.gov.in/mmcsby.
- उसके बाद Home Page पर registration का link होगा उस पर Click करे
- अब आप SSO पर Direct चले जायेंगे
- अब यदि आपने पहले Registration करवा चुके है तो Login करे नहीं तो आपको Registration के लिए Form दिखाई देगा
- उसे भरे और Submit करे ।
- All Detail भरने के बाद Form Submit करे

राजस्थान ऐसा पहला राज्य बन रहा जहा पर हर परिवार को सालाना स्वास्थ्य बिमा के रूप में सरकार दवरा पांच लाख तक की राशि इलाज के दौरान दी जायेगी। यह सुविधा पूर्ण रूप से कैशलेस है और पंजीयन करने के बाद ही इसका लाभ आप लोग उठा सकते है।
इस स्वास्थ्य बीमा में विभिन बीमारियों के 1576 पैकेज और प्रॉसेसर शामिल किये गए है।
इस बीमा के तहत मरीज के पांच दिन अस्पताल में भर्ती होने से पहले डॉक्टर की परामर्श ,दवाइया ,जांच और हॉस्पिटल से छुट्टी मिलने के 15 दिन बाद तक के खर्चे इसके अंतर्गत कवर किये जाएंगे।
